Some questions of the Ministry of youth and sport

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Cancel the decision on liquidation of the Ministry of youth and sport.

2. Determine that:

The ministry of youth and sport provides forming and realizes state policy in the youth sphere, the sphere of physical culture and sport, national and patriotic education;

ensuring activities of the Ministry of youth and sport in 2020 will be performed in the expense limits provided on ensuring activities of the Ministry of Culture, youth and sport.

3. Make changes which are applied to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

4. In ten-day time to provide to the minister of youth and sport preparation and submitting for examination of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of offers concerning entering into acts of the legislation of the changes following from this resolution.
