The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve such which are applied:

Procedure for providing the child in case of the birth the one-time natural help "packet of the kid" at the expense of means of the government budget;

Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for providing the child in case of the birth by the one-time natural help "packet of the kid".

2. Determine that:

the cost of the one-time natural help "packet of the kid" constitutes no more than 5 thousand hryvnias;

providing in 2020 is performed by the one-time natural help "packet of the kid" which was purchased through the centralized purchasing organization at the expense of means of the government budget after provision in full of the one-time natural help "packet of the kid" acquired in 2019 at the expense of subvention from the government budget to local budgets on payment of the help to families with children, to needy families, persons who have no pension entitlement, to persons with disability, to children with disability, temporary government assistance to children, the temporary government public assistance to unemployed person who reached general retirement age, but did not acquire the right to retirement benefit of the help with care of persons with disability of I or II groups owing to mental disturbance, compensation payment to idle able-bodied person which looks after person with disability of the I group, and also person which reached 80-year age according to the Memorandum of understanding between the Government
