Some questions of realization of pilot project on monetization of the one-time natural help "packet of the kid"

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of social policy on realization from September 1, 2020 to December 31, 2024 of pilot project "Monetization of the one-time natural help "packet of the kid" with participation of joint-stock company Privatbank commercial bank (further - pilot project).

2. Approve the Procedure and sales terms of pilot project "Monetization of the one-time natural help "packet of the kid" in 2020-2024 which are applied.

3. Determine that:

the size of monetary compensation of cost of the one-time natural help "packet of the kid" constitutes at least than three sizes of the subsistence minimum for children up to six years established by the law for date of filing of application on purpose of monetary compensation of cost of the one-time natural help "packet of the kid";

the monetary compensation of cost of the one-time natural help "packet of the kid" is financed by the means provided in the government budget according to the "Payment of Some Types of Benefits, Compensations, Cash Cover and Fee to Separate Categories of the Population" program which main manager is the Ministry of social policy. The manager of budgetary funds of the lowest level regarding payment of monetary compensation of cost of the one-time natural help "the packet of the kid" is Public service for children;
