About entering of amendments into the order of the Ministry of Health of March 16, 2020 No. 296

According to the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446, taking into account the analysis of the developing situation with incidence of infection of COVID-19 and need of acceptance of additional measures I ORDER:

1. Approve:

Procedure for the organization of epidemiological investigation of laboratory confirmed case of COVID-19 and out-patient observation of contacts of I and II levels on COVID-19 infection (further - the Procedure) according to appendix.

2. To chiefs of head departments on health care of regional executive committees, the chairman of Healthcare Committee of Mingorispolkom, heads of the republican organizations of health care subordinated to the Ministry of Health, the chief state health officers of areas and Minsk:

make step-by-step transfer of medical observation of contacts of the I level with stationary on out-patient stage taking into account the developing epidemiological situation and possibility of implementation of self-isolation;

provide execution of the Procedure;

provide the organization and functioning of contact centers for implementation of observation of the patients belonging to contacts of the I level in each region;

provide the direction of the patients belonging to contacts of the I level in case of impossibility of creation of conditions for stay in the conditions of self-isolation at home, in contact centers;

provide monitoring of use of bed fund with operational taking measures to additional reshaping of bed fund with use of the organizations of health care which are in reserve.
