For the purpose of further enhancement of system of the state control of turnover of pyrotechnic products in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decides strengthenings of measures for ensuring health of citizens and public safety when holding cultural and spectacular and other entertaining actions using the pyrotechnic products Cabinet of Ministers:
1. Make changes and additions to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of October 25, 2010 No. 234 "About additional measures for state regulation and control of turnover of pyrotechnic products in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2010, No. 10, the Art. 52) according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan P. R. Bobozhonov and the acting minister on emergency situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan T. A. Hudaybergenov.
