About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of provisions and the Procedure on administration of taxes" of April 7, 2011 No. 144

For the purpose of implementation of article 94 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of provisions and the Procedure on administration of taxes" of April 7, 2011 No. 144 the following changes:

in Regulations on the procedure for tax registration of taxpayers in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- to state appendix 1 to the above-stated Provision in edition according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

- to state appendix 5 to the above-stated Provision in edition according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
