About measures for support of activities of economic societies and the companies of strategic importance

For the purpose of ensuring uninterrupted implementation of the current productive activity of economic societies and companies of strategic importance, and also increase in their export potential and increase in competitiveness of the made products:

1. Approve the list of economic societies and companies of strategic importance for which the separate procedure for purchases of goods (works, services) according to this resolution, according to appendix is established.

2. Establish procedure according to which:

economic societies and the companies of strategic importance have the right to sign contracts, including import, on purchase of goods, works and services irrespective of the amount, by selection of the best offers estimated by the departmental tender committees created by economic societies and the companies of strategic importance and headed by their heads;

specifications on purchase of goods (works, services) on the amount over five thousand basic settlement sizes are subject to obligatory examination in the Center of complex examination of projects and import contracts under the Ministry of Economic Development and reducings poverty of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

import contracts for the amount over forty thousand basic settlement sizes and supplementary agreements to them signed by economic societies and the companies of strategic importance on the basis of selection of the best offers according to the procedure, provided by this Item, and direct negotiations, are subject to obligatory examination and registration in the Center of complex examination of projects and import contracts under the Ministry of Economic Development and reducings poverty of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
