About modification of the Regulations on exchange between authorized bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union information connected with transfer, distribution, transfer and return of the special, anti-dumping, compensatory duties

1. Bring in the Regulations on exchange between authorized bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union information connected with transfer, distribution, transfer and return of the special, anti-dumping, compensatory duties approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 18, 2014 No. 240, of change according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective from the effective date the Protocol on introduction of amendments to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 (2), signed on October 1, 2019, but not earlier than after 30 calendar days from the date of official publication of this Decision.

The changes made to regulations on exchange between authorized bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of information connected with transfer, distribution, transfer and return of the special, anti-dumping, compensatory duties

1. In Item 3 of the word "time of Astana" shall be replaced with words "time Mr. Nur-Sultan".
