Declare invalid the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of May 16, 2012 No. 60 "About Regulations on procedure for exchange between authorized bodies of state members of the Customs union of information connected with transfer, distribution and return of the special, anti-dumping and compensatory duties".

3. Determine that the Provision approved by this Decision is applied in the part concerning the Republic of Armenia from the 1st following after month of entry into force of the Agreement of October 10, 2014 on accession of the Republic of Armenia to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014.

4. This Decision becomes effective from the effective date Agreements on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, but not earlier than after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
