1. The subitem "b" of Item 25 of the Procedure for making of the customs transactions connected with release of goods, refusal in release of goods and cancellation of release of goods, execution of decisions on suspension of term of release of goods, prolongation of term of such suspension and about their cancellation and also the notification on adoption of such decisions approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 19, 2017 No. 188, to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"goods concerning which release according to customs procedure of re-export for the purpose of completion of action of customs procedure of free customs zone or customs procedure of free warehouse was performed were not exported according to the territory of the free economic zone or free warehouse after such release and the address of the customs applicant specified in paragraph one of this subitem arrived not later than 10 working days before the expiration, stipulated in Item 2 articles 240 of the Code;".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
