About modification of the Procedure for servicing of citizens by rail

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for servicing of citizens by rail approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1997 No. 252 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 12, Art. 167; 1999, No. 42, Art. 2096; 2002, No. 34, Art. 1588, No. 37, Art. 1736; 2007, No. 41, Art. 1618; 2009, No. 11, Art. 325; 2013, No. 22, the Art. 741), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for servicing of citizens by rail

1. In Item 1 of the word of "the companies of rail transport" shall be replaced with words "joint-stock company of rail transport public (further - JSC Ukrzaliznytsya)".

2. In Item 3 to replace the word "Gospotrebinspektsiy" with the word "Gosprodpotrebsluzhboy".

3. In the paragraph the second item 4 of the word "to public joint stock company of rail transport public (further - PJSC Ukrainskaya zheleznaya doroga)" shall be replaced with words "JSC Ukrzaliznytsya.
