For the purpose of providing target expenditure and increase in efficiency of means of corporate customers, including economic societies and the companies of strategic importance, due to ensuring transparency of system of public procurements and its further enhancement, broad involvement of subjects of entrepreneurship to process of public procurements:

1. Determine that since January 1, 2020 the economic societies and the companies of strategic importance approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 22, 2018 No. PP-3487 "About measures for support of activities of economic societies and the companies of strategic importance":

place the announcement on special information portal on public procurements before implementation of purchases by selection of the best offers. At the same time in the announcement the deadline at least ten days of acceptance by procurement commission of offers and information provided in article 52 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About public procurements" is specified;

place on special information portal on public procurements for public discussion for the term of two working days the protocol of procurement commission on selection of the best offers in day of its registration;

enter in the register of the agreements signed with the state customers, information on the agreements signed within public procurements no later than three working days from the date of their conclusion in accordance with the established procedure;

has the right to conduct procurement by electronic shop and auction on lowering of the starting price according to the criteria established by the law.
