About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 413

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 413 "About approval of the Procedure for provision and deprivation of participant status of fighting to persons who protected independence sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and were directly involved in anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its carrying out or in implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, ensuring their implementation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 73, Art. 2068; 2015, No. 50, Art. 1600; 2017, No. 86, Art. 2614; 2018, No. 42, the Art. 1484) changes which are applied.

1. In introductory part of the resolution of the word and figures of "Items 19 and 20" shall be replaced with words also in figures "Items 19 - 21".
2. According to the procedure of provision and deprivation of participant status of fighting to persons who protected independence sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and were directly involved in anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its carrying out or in implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the ensuring their implementation approved by the specified resolution:
1) in Item 2:
word in paragraph three "ensuring its carrying out" to exclude;
add Item with paragraphs of the following content:
