About modification and amendments in the list of the inspections which are carried out according to the procedure of the notification of authorized body by their registration in single system of electronic registration of checks

For the purpose of further increase in efficiency of activities for ensuring fire safety in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, prevention of heavy effects of the fires for life and health of citizens, property of legal entities and physical persons and the surrounding environment, and also increase in responsibility for observance of legal acts in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing, standards of diagnostics and treatment, requirements and conditions of licenses:

Make changes and additions to the List of the inspections which are carried out according to the procedure of the notification of authorized body by their registration in the Single system of electronic registration of checks, No. UP-5490, approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 27, 2018 according to appendix.

2. National broadcasting company of Uzbekistan, National news agency of Uzbekistan, the Agency of information and mass communications under Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and State inspection of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan to organize in mass media of the publication and thematic telecasts on illumination of essence and contents of this Decree, and also its practical value.

3. To the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with other interested ministries and departments in two-month time:
