According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 to No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies", to the subitem 10 of Item 4, to Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 09, 2019 No. 870 "Some questions of territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice" and for the purpose of enhancement of the mechanism of implementation by judicial authorities of checks of condition of observance by subjects of rule-making of the legislation on state registration of regulatory legal acts I ORDER:
1. Bring in the Procedure for conducting checks of compliance with law condition by judicial authorities about state registration of regulatory legal acts approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of January 19, 2012 No. 93/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 19, 2012 for No. 67/20380, the following changes:
1) in the Section I:
in Item 1.1 of the word and figures "the subitem 11 of Item 4, Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 06.04.2011 No. 395" shall be replaced with words also in figures "the subitem 10 of Item 4, Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 02, 2014 No. 228";
