About approval of the Procedure control of compliance with law about state registration of regulatory legal acts
According to the subitem 11 of Item 4, Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 06.04.2011 No. 395, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure control of observance of compliance with law about state registration of regulatory legal acts which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 01.02.2005 No. 13/5 "About approval of the Procedure for conducting checks of compliance with law condition by judicial authorities about state registration of regulatory legal acts", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 01.02.2005 for No. 121/10401 (with changes).
3. To provide to chiefs of interregional managements of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine steady accomplishment of this order.
4. To department of registration and systematization of regulations, right educational activities (Iron ore N. And., to provide inclusion of the specified regulatory legal act in the Unified state register of regulatory legal acts.
5. Post this order on the website of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of justice - the chief of staff of Sedov A. Yu.
7. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
