About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of March 5, 2012 No. 122
According to the Procedure of activities for adoption and implementation of supervision of observance of the rights of the adopted children, No. 905 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 8, 2008 (with changes), to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 423 (with changes), for the purpose of methodical providing and improvement of quality of work of services for children concerning adoption I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of March 5, 2012 No. 122 "About approval of document forms concerning adoption", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 23, 2012 for No. 441/20754, the following changes:
after Item 1 to add the order with new Items 2 - 4 following of content:
"2. Approve the certificate of passing of course of training concerning education of the orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship which is applied.
3. Approve the certificate of acceptance of all exhaustive measures for the child's device in seven citizens of Ukraine which is applied.
4. Approve Requirements to execution of the conclusion about feasibility of adoption and its compliance to interests of the child which are applied".
With respect thereto Items 2 - 7 to consider respectively Items 5 - 10.
2. And improvements (Kovbas G. S.) to provide to department of providing the rights of children submission in accordance with the established procedure of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Koval of A.P.
