About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 18, 2002 No. 1279 and of July 8, 2013 No. 597

For the purpose of enhancement of compensation of heads of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: organizations

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. To be reworded as follows the regulations on payment terms of work of heads (their deputies) of the state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 18, 2002 No. 1279, it (is applied);

1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2013 No. 597 "About enhancement of payment terms of work of heads of the organizations depending on results of financial and economic activities":

in paragraph one of part two of subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the word "the body which signed the contract" shall be replaced with words "the owner of property or the official, body (organization), authorized to sign the contract (further - the body which signed the contract)";

in Regulations on payment terms of work of heads of the state organizations and the organizations from ownership ratios of the state in their property approved by this resolution:

in paragraph one of part one of Item 3 of the word "the representative sign the contract (further - the body which signed the contract)" shall be replaced with words "signed the contract";

in Item 6:

to state paragraph two of part one of subitem 6.2 in the following edition:

"accomplishment of key performance indicators of work of the heads finished in accordance with the established procedure within ensuring accomplishment of the forecast of social and economic development of the Republic of Belarus;";

state subitem 6.6 in the following edition:
