About approval of Changes in Regulations on disclosure of information by issuers of securities

According to Item 15 parts two of Article 7, to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", to Articles 39 - 41-1 Law of Ukraine "About securities and the stock market", to the Law of Ukraine "About joint-stock companies" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with requirements of the legislation the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on disclosure of information by issuers of securities approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of December 3, 2013 No. 2826, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 24, 2013 for No. 2180/24712, which are applied.

2. To provide to management of methodology of corporate management and corporate finances (Peresunko D.):

submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

3. This decision becomes effective in one month from the date of its official publication.

4. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the member of the commission Libanov N.

Changes in Regulations on disclosure of information by issuers of securities

1. In the Section I:

The thirteenth Item 1 the word "public" to exclude 1) in the paragraph;

2) in Item 3:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"3. Information in the stock market reveals in the ways, the stipulated in Article 39 Laws of Ukraine "About securities and the stock market", except case of placement by private joint-stock company of the message on holding general meeting in the public information database of the National commission on securities and the stock market about the security market or person performing activities for promulgation of regulated information on behalf of stock market participants.";

3) in Item 7:

in paragraph one of the word "using the qualified digital signature of the authorized person of the issuer or qualified electronic seal of the issuer" shall be replaced with words "with imposed on it by the qualified digital signature of the authorized person of the issuer and/or qualified electronic seal of the issuer.";
