About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

According to Items 3, 10 Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of July 2, 2014 No. 228, to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 13, 2020 No. 87 "About the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of March 13, 2020 "About immediate measures on ensuring national security in the conditions of the outbreak of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus", ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which are attached.

2. To management of justice and punitive justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Oleynik A.) provide submission of this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister concerning executive service Gaychenko A.
