add Item with subitems 1.6-1.8 of the following content:

"1.6. purchases of services in repair, spare parts and (or) consumable materials for implementation of repair of medical equipment (appendix) can be performed by customers (organizers) using procurement procedure from one source;

1.7. in case of recognition of cancelled procedure for procurement of medical products, spare parts to them, medicines and clinical nutrition, including in case of centralization of public procurements, Belmedtekhnika Unitary Enterprise and RUP "BELFARMATsIYa" have the right to carry out procurement procedure from one source in coordination with the Ministry of Health;

1.8. the organizer has the right to carry out procedures of purchases of medical products, spare parts to them, medicines and clinical nutrition for the next financial year since IV quarter of the current year. The basis for holding such procedures before financing allocation to the customer is the annual plan of public procurements approved by it for the next financial year placed in the state information and analytical management system by public procurements on the amount which is not exceeding amount of the financial resources used by the customer in the current financial year according to the corresponding expenditure items of the budget.";
