About approval of the Regulations on procedure for use of electronic tax services by means of AIS "Personal Account of the Taxpayer"

For the purpose of implementation of process of the automated connection of taxpayers to electronic tax services without implementation of visits by taxpayers of the State Tax Administration and public institution "Center of information technologies in finance", for the purpose of enhancement of tax administration, based on Art. 132-3 of the h. (10), Art. 133 of the h. (1) item 17) and h. (2) 4) and the item 8) of the Tax Code I ORDER to the item:

1. Bring into experimental operation the Automated information system "Personal Account of the Taxpayer" located on the www.sfs.md portal since 2.03.2020, and into commercial operation since 30.12.2020.

2. Approve Regulations on procedure for use of electronic tax services by means of AIS "Personal Account of the Taxpayer" according to appendix to this order.

3. Access to electronic tax services for taxpayers to provide and change only by means of AIS "Personal Account of the Taxpayer", except as specified not functioning of system during the experimental period and impossibility of provision of access in the automated procedure. For such cases process will take place according to the Order of the State Tax Administration No. 62 of February 15, 2019 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for use of electronic tax services".

4. Declare invalid the Order of the State Tax Administration No. 62 of February 15, 2019 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for use of electronic tax services" since 26.08.2020.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
