About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 and of December 16, 2015 No. 1170

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 "Questions of the Ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 74, the Art. 2588, No. 77, the Art. 2183) and of December 16, 2015 No. 1170 "About approval of the Procedure of monitoring of compliance to requirements to national authority on accreditation and modification of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 4, Art. 238; 2019, No. 90, the Art. 3000) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 3, 2020.

1. To state the subitem 157 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of development of economy, trade and the agricultural industry of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459, in the following edition:
"157) is performed by monitoring of national authority on accreditation for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment by it on permanent basis of the requirements and obligations established by the Law of Ukraine "About accreditation of conformity assessment bodies" taking into account results of mutual estimation;".
