1. No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" to add Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 with Item 7.1.33 of the following content:

"7.1.33. The goods imported on customs area of the Union, included in the inventory of critical import approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic Commission of April 3, 2020 No. 33.

The specified privilege is provided on condition of registration of the declaration for goods for their room under customs procedure of release for internal consumption till June 30, 2020 inclusive".

In Item 15 of the Procedure for application of exemption of customs duties when importing separate types of goods to single customs area of the Customs union approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of July 15, 2011 No. 728, of figure "7.1.32" to replace with figures "7.1.33".

3. Approve the enclosed inventory of critical import.
