About modification of the Regulations on the car driver license, the organization and holding examination on the receipt of the car driver license and admission conditions to traffic approved by the Order of the Government No. 1452/2007

Based on part (2) articles VI of the Law No. 138/2018 on modification of some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 347-357, 584) DECIDES: the Government

1. In Regulations on the car driver license, the organization and holding examination on the receipt of the car driver license and admission conditions to traffic approved by the Order of the Government No. 1452/2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 8-10, 42), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the word "competent authority", "competent organization" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "competent division" in the corresponding grammatical form;

3) in Item 7:
