The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.02.2023 No. 168
2. Determine that:
1) in 2020 recalculation of pensions according to Procedure for carrying out recalculation of pensions according to part two of article 42 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance", the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 20, 2019 No. 124 "Questions of carrying out indexation of pensions in 2019" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 19, the Art. 663), is made using coefficient of increase in indicator of the average salary (income) in Ukraine with which insurance premiums are paid, considered for calculation of pension, in the amount of 1,11;
2) in case the amount of increase as a result of the recalculation of pension specified in this Item does not reach 100 hryvnias, pension supplement in the amount lacking to the specified size which is considered in case of the subsequent recalculations of pension is established;
3) the recalculation of pensions provided by this Item is carried out since May 1, 2020.
