According to article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About international treaties of Ukraine", article 80 of the Law of Ukraine "About private international law", to Articles 462 - 487, 496 - 502 Codes of civil procedure of Ukraine, to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 9, 2019 No. 870 "Some questions of territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation is ORDERED:
1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about procedure for accomplishment of international treaties concerning provision of legal assistance in civil cases concerning delivery of documents, receipt of proofs and recognition and execution of judgments approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, Public judicial administration of Ukraine of June 27, 2008 No. 1092/5/54, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 02, 2008 for No. 573/15264 (with changes) which are applied.
2. To department of international law of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
