About recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 18, 2013 No. 983 "About approval of the register of the state services" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 55, the Art. 769).

2. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 27, 2014 No. 553 "About modification and amendments in the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 18, 2013 No. 983 "About approval of the register of the state services" and of August 3, 2013 No. 779 "About approval of Rules of maintaining the register of the state services" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2014, No. 36, the Art. 343).

3. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 9, 2015 No. 45 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 18, 2013 No. 983 "About approval of the register of the state services" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2015, Art. No. 4-5-6, 23).
