1. Since July 1, 2020 to conduct in the subject of the Russian Federation - the federal city of Moscow experiment on establishment of special regulation for the purpose of creation of necessary conditions for development and deployment of technologies of artificial intelligence in the subject of the Russian Federation - the federal city of Moscow, and also subsequent possible use of results of use of artificial intelligence.

3. The experimental legal regime is set for five years since July 1, 2020 (term of carrying out experiment). The regulatory legal acts of the subject of the Russian Federation accepted according to this Federal Law - the federal city of Moscow void after the term of carrying out experiment, except for the regulatory legal acts specified in part 6 of Article 4 and article 6.1 of this Federal Law.
