About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

According to Item 18 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of September 20, 2019 No. 132-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning stimulation of investing activities in Ukraine" and to Items 3, 10 Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of July 2, 2014 No. 228 (with changes), ORDER:

1.  "About settlement of the relations connected with state registration of the legal entities and public forming which do not have the status of the legal entity, within several administrative and territorial units", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 25, 2016 for No. 1528/29658, to state the subitem 1 of Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 25, 2016 to No. 3359/5 in the following edition:

"1) state registration of legal entities, physical persons - entrepreneurs and the public forming which do not have the status of the legal entity which location/residence is the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the city of Sevastopol and also settlements in which public authorities temporarily do not perform the powers, and settlements located on the line of contact in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions is performed irrespective of their location / place of residence within Ukraine;".

2. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which are attached.

3. Determine what in implementation of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities by the technical administrator, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming of the actions provided by this order, renderings of services in the field of state registration of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming with use of the portal of electronic services of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming is performed by means of the existing software of such portal.

4. To department of private law (Ferens And.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

5. To the technical administrator of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming to take the measures necessary for implementation of this order.

6. This order becomes effective in ten days from the date of, the official publication following behind day.

Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

1. According to the procedure of functioning of the portal of electronic services of the legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming who do not have the status of the legal entity, No. 784/5, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 23, 2016 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 23, 2016 for No. 427/28557 (with changes):

1) in item 4 of the Section I:

  to add the subitem 2 after the paragraph of third with the new paragraph the fourth the following content:

"viewing of condition of consideration of the submitted documents and informing the applicant by the method chosen by it about passing of stages of consideration of the relevant documents;".
