According to subitem 1-4) of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About rehabilitation and bankruptcy" and the subitem 111) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 24, 2008 No. 387 "About some questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" I ORDER:
1. Approve:
1) standard form of the conclusion of the temporary administrator of financial stability of the debtor according to appendix 1 to this order;
2) standard form of the conclusion of the interim manager of financial stability of the debtor according to appendix 2 to this order;
3) standard form of the conclusion of the rehabilitation managing director of financial stability of the debtor according to appendix 3 to this order;
4) standard form of the conclusion of the bankrupt managing director of financial stability of the debtor taking into account implementation of actions, provided by the plan of rehabilitation, according to appendix 4 to this order.
2. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
