About approval of Changes in Regulations on features of reorganization of bank according to the decision of its owners

According to Articles 7, 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for reorganization of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: banks

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on features of reorganization of bank according to the decision of its owners approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 27, 2008 No. 189, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 12, 2008 for No. 845/15536 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To department of methodology (Natalya Ivanenko) after official publication to inform banks information on adoption of this resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Ekaterina Rozhkova.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
