About approval of Changes in Regulations on competitive selection of subjects of estimative activities
According to the laws of Ukraine "About Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine", "About assessment of property, property rights and professional estimative activity in Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for attraction of estimative activities by privatization authorities of subjects - subjects of managing on competitive basis I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on competitive selection of subjects of estimative activities approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of December 31, 2015 No. 2075, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 15, 2016 for No. 60/28190 (in edition of the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of January 16, 2018 No. 47) which are applied.
2. To provide to department of assessment of property, property rights and professional estimative activity submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
