About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 26, 2019 No. 319

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 26, 2019 No. 319 "About unified information system of housing construction" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 13, Art. 1427; No. 35, Art. 4974).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 26, 2019 No. 319

1. The fourth Item 1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"Rules of interaction of subjects of information when using of information resources of unified information system of housing construction by them, including personal accounts;".

2. In Rules of placement of information by subjects of information which obligatory placement is stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation, in unified information system of housing construction, approved by the specified resolution:

a) in Item 1:

the word "structure" to exclude;

add with words ", and also the scope of information, belonging to information";

b) in Item 3:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"3. Subjects of information place information in system of housing construction by one of the following methods:";

c) to add Item 8 after the words "regarding 6.1 articles 23.3 of the Federal Law" with words "and in part 7 of article 9.4 of the Federal law "About the Public Company on Protection of the Rights of Citizens — Participants of Shared-equity Construction in case of Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Builders and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation";

d) add with Item 10 (4) the following content:
