About features of procedure and terms of submission by insurers to territorial authorities of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation of data on labor activity of registered persons

Determine that the insurer represents to territorial authorities of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation of the information about the registered persons working for it, stipulated in Item 2.4 articles 11 of the Federal law "About the Individual (Personified) Accounting in System of Mandatory Pension Insurance", according to the procedure, determined by paragraphs the first and second Item 2.6 of article 11 of the specified Federal Law:

a) in cases of employment and dismissal of the registered person from April 1, 2020 to day of entry into force of this resolution - no later than the working day following behind day of entry into force of this resolution;

b) in cases of transfer into other permanent job and submissions by the registered person of the statement for continuation of maintaining the service record by the insurer according to article 66.1 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation or about provision by the insurer to it data on labor activity according to article 66 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation - no later than the 15th following after month in which transfer into other permanent job or submission of the corresponding statement took place;

c) in cases of employment and dismissal of the registered person - no later than the working day following behind day of the publication of the relevant order (order), other decisions or documents confirming registration of employment relationships.
