1. Impose the moratorium on initiation of proceedings about bankruptcy according to the statement of creditors concerning the following debtors:

a) the organizations and individual entrepreneurs whose code of core activity according to the All-Russian Classifier of Economic Activities is specified in the list of industries of the Russian economy, most injured in the conditions of deterioration in situation as a result of spread of new koronavirusny infection, No. 434 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 3, 2020 "About approval of the list of industries of the Russian economy, most injured in the conditions of deterioration in situation as a result of spread of new koronavirusny infection" (further - the list of injured industries of the Russian economy);

b) the organizations included:

in the list (lists) of the systemically important organizations of the Russian economy according to the criteria and procedure determined by Government commission by increase in stability of development of the Russian economy;

in the list of the strategic companies and strategic joint-stock companies approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of August 4, 2004 No. 1009 "About approval of the list of the strategic companies and strategic joint-stock companies";
