About approval of the Procedure for introduction and implementation of rationing/quarantine arrangements in the field of public health care in the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of development of operational measures and carrying out work on the prevention of distribution, localization and liquidation of the centers of quarantine and especially dangerous diseases, ensuring sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population of the Kyrgyz Republic, implementation of article 21 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public health care", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for introduction and implementation of rationing/quarantine arrangements in the field of public health care in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
2. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since March 22, 2020.
