About introduction of systems of electronic passports

For the purpose of implementation of the Agreement on introduction of single forms of the passport of the vehicle (the passport of the vehicle chassis) and the passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment and the organization of systems of electronic passports of August 15, 2014 (further - the Agreement) the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine:

1.1. Industry ministry responsible body for realization in the Republic of Belarus Agreements;

1.2. the national operator of system of electronic passports of vehicles (electronic passports of the chassis of vehicles) and systems of electronic passports of self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment (further, unless otherwise specified, – systems of electronic passports) TsNIITU open joint stock company (further – the national operator);

1.3. the republican unitary enterprise "Beltamozhservice" authorized organization for execution of electronic passports of vehicles (the chassis of vehicles) and electronic passports of self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment (further, unless otherwise specified, – electronic passports) on vehicles * (the chassis of vehicles), self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment ** (further – machines), the Republic of Belarus issued by customs authorities or imported from the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, except for the vehicles, machines which are earlier registered in the territory of the Republic of Belarus;

the republican unitary service enterprise "Beltekhosmotr" authorized organization for execution of electronic passports of vehicles of the vehicles which are earlier registered in the territory of the Republic of Belarus;

public institution "Belarusian mashinoispytatelny station" authorized organization for execution of electronic passports of self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment on the cars which are earlier registered in the territory of the Republic of Belarus;
