Bring in the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of medicines, wholesale and retail trade by medicines, import of medicines (except active pharmaceutical ingredients) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 30, 2016 No. 929 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 99, the Art. 3217), changes which are applied.

Add Licensed conditions with Items 27-1 and 32-1 of the following content:
"27-1. In case of establishment by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of quarantine according to the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the population against infectious diseases" or introductions of emergency state according to the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of emergency state" for its establishment the licensees having the license for implementation of economic activity on retail trade by medicines are allowed to perform trade in medicines and joint products remotely, to organize and perform delivery of medicines and joint products directly to consumers with observance of storage conditions of the medicines determined by the producer during their transportation including with involvement on a contract basis of operators of mail service.
