About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 28, 2011 No. 1904/5 "About approval of the Procedure for introduction by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the head territorial administrations of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol or Notarial chamber of Ukraine of idea of cancellation of the certificate on the right to occupation notarial activities and its considerations of notariate by the Highest qualification commission", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 28, 2011 for No. 925/19663 (with changes), such changes:
Heading to state 1) in the following edition:
"About approval of the Procedure for introduction by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice or Notarial chamber of Ukraine ideas of cancellation of the certificate on the right to occupation notarial activities and its considerations of notariate by the Highest qualification commission";
2) in Item 1 of the word "the head territorial administrations of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol" shall be replaced with words "territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice".
