About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 12, 2017 No. 564

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 12, 2017 No. 564 "About approval of the Regulations on structure and contents of the site plannings of the territory providing placement of one or several linear objects" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 21, Art. 3016; 2019, No. 28, Art. 3788).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 12, 2017 No. 564

1. In word preamble "part 5 of article 42 of the Town-planning code" shall be replaced with words "The town-planning code".

2. In Regulations on the structure and contents of the site plannings of the territory providing placement of one or several linear objects, approved by the specified resolution:

a) add the Section I with Item 6 (1) the following content:

"6(1). The site planning of the territory before its approval is subject to approval in cases and procedure which are established by the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation.";

b) the fourth Item 11 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the drawing of borders of zones of the planned placement of the linear objects which are subject to reconstruction in connection with change of their location.";
