About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 27, 2008 No. 761 "About approval of the Technical regulation of individual protection equipment" (2008, No. 66, the Art. 2216) to add the Official Bulletin of Ukraine with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. Determine that for the period of action of items 4 and the 5th Section I of the Law of Ukraine of March 17, 2020 No. 530-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine, directed to prevention of origin and spread of koronavirusny disease (COVID-19)" action of the Technical regulation approved by this resolution does not extend to the individual protection equipment included in the list of the medicines, medical products and/or the medical equipment necessary for implementation of the actions directed to prevention of origin and distribution, localization and liquidation of flashes, epidemics and pandemics of koronavirusny disease (COVID-19) which are exempted from payment of import duty and which transactions on import to customs area of Ukraine are exempted from the taxation the value added tax approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2020 No. 224. For issuance of the individual protection equipment included in the specified list, the applicant submits to Public service concerning work the application with indication of the purpose of import, information concerning the producer, the name of products, batch number or serial number, batch amount, and also the products this about appointment and method of action. By results of processing of the submitted documents Public service concerning work issues to the applicant the notification on issuance of separate individual protection equipment concerning which requirements of technical regulations are not fulfilled, but use of which is necessary for the benefit of health protection. Consideration of documents and issue of the notification are performed on free basis.".

2. The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 2, 2013 No. 753 "About approval of the Technical regulation of rather medical products" (2013, No. 82, the Art. 3046) to add the Official Bulletin of Ukraine with Item 2-4-of the following content:

"2-4. Determine that for the period of action of items 4 and the 5th Section I of the Law of Ukraine of March 17, 2020 No. 530-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine, directed to prevention of origin and spread of koronavirusny disease (COVID-19)" action of the Technical regulation approved by this resolution does not extend to the medical products included in the list of the medicines, medical products and/or the medical equipment necessary for implementation of the actions directed to prevention of origin and distribution, localization and liquidation of flashes, epidemics and pandemics of koronavirusny disease (COVID-19) which are exempted from payment of import duty and which transactions on import to customs area of Ukraine are exempted from the taxation the value added tax approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2020 No. 224. 3. The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 2, 2013 No. 754 "About approval of the Technical regulation of rather medical products for diagnostics of in vitro" (2013, No. 82, the Art. 3047) to add the Official Bulletin of Ukraine with Item 2-3 of the following content:

"2-3. Determine that for the period of action of items 4 and the 5th Section I of the Law of Ukraine of March 17, 2020 No. 530-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine, directed to prevention of origin and spread of koronavirusny disease (COVID-19)" action of the Technical regulation approved by this resolution does not extend to the medical products for diagnostics of in vitro included in the list of the medicines, medical products and/or the medical equipment necessary for implementation of the actions directed to prevention of origin and distribution, localization and liquidation of flashes, epidemics and pandemics of koronavirusny disease (COVID-19) which are exempted from payment of import duty and which transactions on import to customs area of Ukraine are exempted from the taxation the value added tax approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2020 No. 224. For issuance and/or operation of medical products for

diagnostics of in vitro included in the specified list, the applicant submits in the Ministry of Health the application with indication of the purpose of import, information concerning the producer, the name of medical products, batch number or serial number, batch amount, and also the products this about appointment and action method.
