About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 11, 2020 No. 211

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 11, 2020 No. 211 "About prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 23, the Art. 896) - with the changes made by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 16, 2020 No. 215 and of March 25, 2020 No. 239, changes which are applied.

1. Add the resolution with Items 3-1 and 3-2 of the following content:
"3-1. Determine that persons who had contact with the patient with sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus or have the specified disease and do not need hospitalization, are persons needing self-isolation.
The attending physician of the patient with sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus independently determines the term of self-isolation of the patient and persons who need self-isolation owing to contact with the patient, based on industry standards in the field of health care.
Persons who need self-isolation shall abstain from contact with other persons, except with what jointly live visit of public places. Visit in urgent cases of places of trade in food, means of hygiene, is allowed by medicines, products of medical appointment and healthcare institutions on condition of use of individual protection equipment and observance of distance meter 1,5 suffices.
