"Based on the statement of 42 deputies of Millie of Majlis in connection with application of the quarantine mode, sanitary and epidemiologic and other measures the speaker Millie of Majlis publishes the order about holding meetings of Millie of Majlis, and also committees and Millie's commissions of Majlis. Registration and vote at the meetings held through system of video conferences is performed by means of the strengthened digital signatures of deputies.".

Article 2. This Law is effective till December 30, 2020.
