About transfer of public institution "Especially protected natural territories" from subordination of the Agency of forestry under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in subordination of Committee of environmental protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. Transfer public institution "Especially protected natural territories" from subordination of the Agency of forestry under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to subordination of Committee of environmental protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 3, 2014 No. 435 "About determination of authority in industry of forestry, hunting and especially protected natural territories" the following changes:

- in the name and Item 1 of the word", hunting and especially protected natural territories" shall be replaced with words "and hunting";

- to exclude from preamble of the word "article 6 the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan " about especially protected natural territories "".

3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of February 28, 2014 No. 132 "About the Agency of forestry under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" the following changes:

1) in appendix 1 "Regulations on the Agency of forestry under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan":

- from Item 1 of the word "plant and animal life, especially protected natural territories," to exclude;
