Determination by bank in which the state possesses 75 and more percent of the authorized capital (further - creditor bank), actions for management of troubled assets is performed according to the Regulations on the organization of process of management of troubled assets in banks of Ukraine approved by the resolution of board of National Bank of July 18, 2019 No. 97, other regulatory legal acts of National Bank which regulate process of management of troubled assets in banks, and the legislation.

The terms "asset", "auditor", "book value", "debtor", "gross carrying amount", "settlement of debt", "group of the connected partners", "group of legal entities under general control", "exposure under risk", "partner", "dormant assets", "troubled assets", "the collected property", "judgment of bank" and other terms are used in the value determined by the corresponding regulatory legal acts of National Bank.
