Determine that for the purposes of implementation of purchases of separate types of the manufactured goods included in the list, the customer rejects all requests containing offers on delivery of separate types of the manufactured goods coming from foreign states, except for state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - requests) provided that on participation in purchase one is given (or more) the request meeting requirements of the notice on implementation of purchase, documentation on purchase (if the Federal Law "About Contractual System in the field of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" provides documentation on purchase), which contains offers on delivery of separate types of manufactured goods which country of source are only state members of the Eurasian Economic Union.
