For the purpose of realization of Item 3 of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of January 18, 2019 the No. 14 Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission DECIDED:

1. Determine that provisions of Item 5 of the list of conditions of the use of separate criteria of admissibility of specific subsidies approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of January 18, 2019 No. 14 (further - the list), are applied as it stands within 2 years from the effective date of this Decision.

2. The Eurasian economic commission together with state members of the Eurasian Economic Union before completion of the period, the stipulated in Item 1 this Decision to determine need of prolongation of application of provisions of Item 5 of the list in existing or in the changed type.

3. This Decision becomes effective since April 11, 2020, but not earlier than after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
