About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Make changes which are applied to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 26, 2015 No. 18 "About State commission concerning technogenic ecological safety and emergency situations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 8, Art. 191; 2016, No. 73, Art. 2454; 2020, No. 30, Art. 1062):
1) in the Regulations on State commission concerning technogenic ecological safety and emergency situations approved by the specified resolution:
to add the subitem 3 of item 4 after the paragraph of the eighth with new paragraphs of the following content:
takes measures to implementation of necessary preventive, anti-epidemic and other actions for mitigation of consequences of emergency situation;
makes offers on change of working hours of the companies, organizations, the organizations, need of introduction of other changes concerning conditions of their productive and other activity;".
With respect thereto the ninth and tenth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the eleventh and twelfth;
the fifth Item 7 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"delegate for mitigation of consequences of emergency situation, including in connection with spread of infectious disease, the powers to vice-chairmen of State commission.";
2) in appendix to the resolution:
after line item
"The Minister of Internal Affairs, the vice-chairman of State commission" to add with the following line item:
"Minister of Health, vice-chairman of the commission";
