About modification of the "Provision on the Ministry of transport of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 880 of June 10, 2003

1. The presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 880 of June 10, 2003 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2003, No. 6, Article 286; 2006, No. 11, Article 945; 2007, No. 6, Article 601; 2008, No. 8, Article 719, No. 11, Articles 969, 970; 2009, No. 2, Article 64, No. 12, Article 983; 2011, No. 2, Article 85; 2014, No. 10, Article 1186, No. 12, Article 1578; 2016, No., 3, Article 468, No. 4, Article 660) to add with the Item 9.44-1 "Regulations on the Ministry of Transport of the Azerbaijan Republic" of the following content:

"9.44-1. controls compulsory insurance of railway passengers according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About compulsory insurance" about accidents insurance;".

2. Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

2.1. Prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic within three months of the offer on reduction of acts of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic to compliance with this Decree;

2.2. Provide compliance of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to this Decree within three months and inform the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

2.3. control compliance of regulatory legal acts of the central executive bodies to this Decree and inform the President of the Azerbaijan Republic on its accomplishment within five months;

2.4. resolve other issues following from this Decree.

3. The Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic provides compliance of regulatory legal acts and regulations of the central executive bodies to this Decree and informs the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic.
